I was invited to write a blog for the very wonderful charity Smart School Councils, who help students find their voice and facilitate effective youth democracy through well run school councils.
I decided to look at books that encourage political thinking from toddlers through to teens, with works by the likes of Elle McNicoll, Michael Rosen and Alistair Campbell included.
There are fiction books and non-fiction, and even a bonus song!
